Fees are non‑refundable except as required by law. We offer a 30‑day money‑back guarantee for monthly subscription plans. Enterprise contracts have separate terms.
Our services are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the generated code will be error‑free or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genesis Craft AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
